Add all ingredients except butter. 2. Mix 2-3 minutes at low speed. 3. Mix 5-6 minutes at medium speed 4. Add butter. 5. Mix 5-6 minutes at medium speed tip When the weather is hot, use cold water or cold milk or eggs Use lukewarm liquid when the weather is cold Never use hot water or milk. Fermentation time varies depending on temperature and humidity. Preheat the oven.
