Sweet Shells/Gavallu



Ingredients:

 All purpose flour - 2 cups
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Semolina - 1/2 cup(optional)
Butter - 1/4 cup
Baking Soda - pinch
Salt -pinch

For Syrup :

Sugar - 3 cups
Elachi -2

Method:

  • Make a chapathi dough of  above ingredients....
  • Make small balls...press and roll with fork...
  • In pan make sugar syrup with 1 cup of water...make 2 spring consistency...
  • Deep fry these shells in medium flame....dip in sugar syrup for 2 min...
