Ingredients
water -300 mlmaida- 1/2 kg
Butter - 10gms
salt...as per taste
vammu/ajwain - 1 spoon
For mixing after fry
Salt
Chilli powder
Jeera powder
Coriander powder
Method
- In pan add water when it boils add salt and butter..... and then add maida and vammu...
- Now take that mixture in plate n then mix well....
- make small balls....n press with hand....make like small chapathi...
- fry in medium heat until the color turns into golden brown color...now take it in plate.....
- Add little salt,chilli powder, jeera powder,coriander powder...mix well...store in container...15 days
