Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Semolina - 1/2 cup(optional)
Butter - 1/4 cup
Baking Soda - pinch
Salt -pinch
For Syrup :
Sugar - 3 cups
Elachi -2
Method:
- Make a chapathi dough of above ingredients....
- Make small balls...press and roll with fork...
- In pan make sugar syrup with 1 cup of water...make 2 spring consistency...
- Deep fry these shells in medium flame....dip in sugar syrup for 2 min...
