Ingredients
Chicken Leg Pieces - 1kg
Onions -1
Tomatoes - 1
Green Chillies - 3
Curry Leaves - bunch
Coriander - bunch
Garam Masala - 1 spoon
Salt - As per Taste
Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 spoon
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 spoon
Oil - 4 Tea Spoon
To Grind Paste:
Coconut powder
Cashews
Badam
Walnuts
Sesame Seeds
Poppy seeds
Peanuts
Preparation
- Marinate Chicken leg pieces with salt, red chilli powder,ginge&garlic paste...let it rest for 15min
- In pan add oil fry green chillies and chopped onions...add chicken fry for 10 min...add tomatoes and 1/4 cup of water...fry again for 5 min...
- Now add paste of coconut and all remaining things...fry again for 5 min...
- Switch off stove add coriander leaves and garam masala.....
