Karahi / Fry Gosht




Ingredients


Mutton - 1 kg
Onions - 2
Green Chillies - 4
Tomatoes - 1
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 paste
Salt - As per Taste
Red Chilli Powder - 2 spoons
Tumeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
Karahi Ghost Masala - 4 spoons
Oil - 3 spoons
Curd - 3 spoons
Coriander - Bunch


Method 


  •  In pan add Mutton n cook until water goes or add little water n then cook it in pressure cooker for 3 whistles


  • In pan add oil fry green chillies and onions until it turns golden brown color....   
  • Add mutton and tomatoes n fry until water goes  n then add  salt,tumeric,ginger garlic paste 
  • Now add curd and red chilli powder fry for 5 min....after that add karahi masala fry for another 5 min...
  • Now add coriander ......
