Seekh Kebab In Air Fryer


Ingredients 

Mince - 1/2kg
Onion - 1
Chiiles - 2
Ginger Paste - 1 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As per taste
Red Chilli  powder - 1 spoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander leaves - bunch
Curry leaves - bunch
Mint - Bunch


Procedure 


  • Except mince crush all the ingredients in blender or in mixer...not like paste...
  • Now add all these in mince...mix it well 
  • Leave for 15 min...
  • Make it like patties or like roll as u like it.....by touching little oil with hand....
  • Put chop sticks in cold water if u want to roll mince mixture around stick...
  • Put it in air fryer for 15 min at 180
  • Leave it for 2 min in air fryer.....
  • Take it plate....enjoy with green chutney...
