Ingredients
Chicken Wings - 1/2kg
Salt - 1 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 spoon
Ginger & Garlic Powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Oil - 1 spoon
All purpose flour/wheat flour - 1 spoon
Spice mix/Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Soya Sauce(Optional) - 1/2 spoon
Lemon Juice - 1/2 lemon
Color (Optional) - 1 pinch
Preparation :
- Marinate above ingredients except chicken.Mix well to thick paste
- Now add chicken wings....let it rest for 1 hour or as much as u can....(rest for 24 hours in fridge)
- Now put it in air fryer for 15 minutes at 200
- After that shake little bit...again keep for 5 min...
- Just leave for 1 min because in air fryer temperature will maintains.....so if u rest it becomes soft and crispy
