Crispy butter sweet bread

 


95 grams/ml water 80 grams of sweetened condensed milk 4 grams yeast (1/2 tablespoon) 1/2 tablespoon sugar (can not use) 250 grams of flour for bread 25 grams of butter 1/4 teaspoon salt *Sufficiently unsalted butter or margarine to spread to make a layer of bread. *Mix 1 teaspoon honey and 1 tablespoon butter to spread after cooking. Bake at 190-200 for 18-25 minutes depending on your oven.
