Mix it ...cover for 1 hour


Bake @180c for 15-20mins

Flour 300g(2cups) Milk 210ml White sugar 25g(2tbsp) Salt 3g(1/2tsp) Active dry yeast 3g(1tsp) Unsalted butter 28g(2tbsp)

Mix it...cover and rise double the size of dough(60-90mins)

356 F/180 C bake for 15 minutes
